Customer Success Specialist - CSS

Department

General Information

Department Growth

Seniority: Mid Senior

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Dubai

Description

Traditional Account Management roles focus on closing sales, cross-selling, and upselling products or services – even if those recommendations don’t make sense for the customer. While the Customer Success Management approach still relies on expansion packages and cross-selling, add-ons are only recommended when they align with the customer’s needs and goals.

DressBest is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for our Dubai office who is interested in using creativity to solve problems, build long-term relationships with businesses, and help our customers to achieve their uniform program goals.

In this role, you will:

  • You will work closely with Account Managers in the pre and post-selling activities and will be responsible for managing 50 – 100 customer relationships and keep NPS - Net Promoter Score of DressBest above 8. Some of your customers will be new while others may be existing clients for several years. You will work with your potential customers and customers on a regular basis to understand their goals and aligning them with the necessary resources to achieve them. You will partner with different teams at DressBest in the entire buyer journey to 'solve for the customer' including, onboarding, up-sell/x-sell, and renewals. Along the way, you will get to know DressBest solutions incredibly well and help your customers to achieve their goals by creating value.
  • In working with your customers, you will find that no two of them are the same. In the morning, you could be working with the Housekeeping Manager about the sizing of new opening hotels reception uniforms, in the afternoon, you could be talking to the procurement department of an aviation company about their fitting and alteration.
  • Your day-to-day is a mix of proactive and reactive work, and CSS has a lot of autonomy in managing their “book of business”. The proactive work includes 4-5 scheduled deep-dive meetings per day with potential and existing customers, where you review their progress, make strategic and tactical recommendations, and keep them on track with their defined goals. The reactive work runs the gamut from questions about invoices to “delivery deadline” questions about our services.
  • If you’re stimulated by problem-solving - whether it’s a business or technical challenge – this is the role for you.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a client-facing/account management role
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Dynamics experience is a plus
  • Business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Strong knowledge of the textile landscape
  • Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and can provide strong examples of how they have achieved results while balancing demanding expectations

DressBest is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for our Turkey office who is interested in using creativity to solve problems, build long-term relationships with businesses, and help our customers to achieve their uniform program goals.

In this role, you will:

  • You will work closely with Account Managers in the pre and post-selling activities and will be responsible for managing 50 – 100 customer relationships and keep NPS - Net Promoter Score of DressBest above 8. Some of your customers will be new while others may be existing clients several years.
